Few professionals have the first-hand experience, the breadth of knowledge and the broad-based talent as Wendy Winkelman. As an athlete, coach and educator, Wendy understands what it takes to turn a physical training program into a rewarding and satisfying experience.

Wendy's education backgound - an M.S. in Exercise Physiology from Syracuse University and a B.S. in Physical Education from the University of Vermont as well as experience as a Division I soccer player and club ice hockey player - led her to coaching and teaching positions throughout North America. She coached youth soccer for 15 years, worked with the International Special Olympics and, for the past 18 years has worked with clients of all levels in Aspen, Colorado to help them reach their full potential.

Through her years as a Fitness Professional, Wendy has earned a place as one of the top female performance trainers in the country. Featured in SELF magazine's "20 Top Personal Trainers", as well as Cooking Light and SHAPE.

In 2002, Wendy decided to take her years of experience one step further and develop the Aspen Boot Camp. These camps enable her clients to combine their physical workouts with spiritual, mental and emotional.aspects to create a more well-rounded program.
